Hardwick Spoon 2021

A playful spoon, carved in the Swedish tradition. This was carved over three days while at a gathering of friends in Hardwick, VT. The wood came from white ash that had been recently taken down. The grain of this ash is unusually fine because of the tough northern climate, and forest growth.

Finished with food safe tung oil. 13" long, 2.25" wide, and 1.25 inches deep.
